RWS-AIR-GUNS: One of the latest RWS High Velocity Air Guns - the Model 40 has become a very popular addition to their line of quality High Speed Air Guns from Germany. This sleek new design offers a full 1000 feet per second in hard-hitting power - plus an automatic safety, rifled steel barrel and the great RWS adjustable trigger. Additionally the RWS Model 40 is equipped with a stylish Muzzlebrake of highly polished blued steel and a quality rubber butt pad for comfort and convenience.

The RWS Model 40 air rifle is designed for use with the addition of a quality airgun scope only. Open sights are not available. To deliver pinpoint accuracy, top off the high power RWS Model 40 with a quality airgun scope - one that is rated for the scope punishing bi-directional recoil of modern spring-piston air guns. Mounting your scope with the fully adjustable RWS “C” mount will simplify the mounting proceedure and aid in sighting in.

For pellets RWS recommends the RWS pointed pellet for pest control or the RWS Superdome for long range accuracy and knockdown punch.
